God's Words

I put this here as personal reminder for my self:

For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline.
2 Timothy 1:7

"Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
Philippians 4: 4 - 7

The Lord gives strength to His people; the Lord blesses His people with peace.
Psalm 29:11:

"For You created my inmost being; You knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful."
Psalm 139: 13- 14a

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your part straight. Do not be wise on your own eyes, but fear the Lord and shun the evil."
Proverb 3: 5-7

"So do not fear, for I am with you, do not be dismayed, for I am your God, I'll strengthen you and help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
Isaiah 41:10

"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways, my ways," declares the Lord. As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher that your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts"
Isaiah 55:8-9

"Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."
 Matthew 11:28-30

"Praise be to God and Father of our Lord, Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trouble so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God."
2 Corinthians 1:3-4

"Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal."
2 Corinthians 4: 16-18
