Note: this sauce is a little spicy so it's not a kid friendly recipe unless you kid loves spicy food.

Stir Fried Green Beans
Ingredients:
1 pound green beans
1 Portabella mushroom - sliced (optional)
1 shallot - sliced
1 Portabella mushroom - sliced (optional)
1 shallot - sliced
3 cloves of garlic - minced
1 Tb oyster sauce
1 Tb black beans sauce
salt and pepper

2 Tb oil
1 Tb butter
Direction:
Steam the green beans until half cooked (about 15 minutes)

Heat the pan then add oil.
When the oil is hot add the shallot, cook 'till they change
color.
Add the garlic, butter, and mushroom.
Continue stirring for about 3 minutes or until the mushrooms are about half way done. Add the oyster sauce, black beans sauce, salt, and pepper
