Growing up, Chris didn't eat western style of bread, cake, or cookies; he ate Chinese cake/ sweet things, which I do not like. So, I was super duper happy when I found the recipe of this cake. Finally, something that we both enjoy eating. 


Pandan Spiral Moon Cake

The process:

Everyone in the house like steamed sweet purple yam

Mash the yam while hot

Divide into 20 portions and roll into balls

Then make the outside skin:








Fresh from the oven, ready to be eaten. Yum!
